Fresh Berry, Fruit and Yogurt Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat or lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, preferably fresh
  • 1 cup seedless green or purple grapes, or a combination
  • 1 cup coarsely sliced strawberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium non-reactive bowl stir together the yogurt and vanilla until blended. Add the pineapple chunks and grapes, stirring until evenly incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 24 hours if desired.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the strawberries.
